Because of variable cross-section the fuel, what passed through the emulsifier, undergoes sharp pressure changes. This invokes molecules destruction with formation of free radicals, which further actuate process of burning. Thus the facilitated fractional content (at the same type of air flow) makes fuel burning uniform and efficient.

The emulsifier is meant for producing stable multicomponent emulsions and suspensions for different purposes. Stability of emulsions and suspensions is achieved in the working unit by multistage mechanochemical treatment of incoming components reverse flow at differently directed pressure of one cross-section.

While passing though the emulsifier long hydrocarbon chains, that are heavy fuel fractions, destruct. This causes a significant facilitation of fractional content. As a result the fuel begins to burn more completely, with higher efficiency and at lower temperature. Hence it effects a saving of fuel.
